1. Promotional Period

• This Virtuals Promotion is available to qualifying customers from 13.11.2018 until 31.12.2025. If we decide to withdraw this Virtuals Promotion, it will not impact any Qualifying Bets you have placed during the Promotional Period before such withdrawal.

2. Who Qualifies For This Virtuals Promotion

• This promotion is open to first time BETDAQ Exchange or Sportsbook Virtuals customers aged 18 years or over.
• For the avoidance of doubt - An Exchange Virtual market is a Virtual Market which offers the ability to both back and lay bets, and it available on the Exchange Tab on Betdaq.com. A Sportsbook Virtual market is a Virtual Market which offers the ability to place back bets only, and is available on the Sportsbook Tab on Betdaq.com.
• This promotion is only available to customers who registered from an accepted territory, as per BETDAQ's terms and conditions.
• Customers whose accounts are closed before the date the qualifying bet is settled will not qualify for this virtuals promotion.
• Promotion is not available to API or RDT customers.
• This promotion is not available to customers who have deposited funds with Moneybookers, Paypal, Neteller or Skrill.
• Employees of the Promoter, any advertising agency or web company connected with the promoter or any such person's agents or members of their families or households, are not eligible to participate in this Sports Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants.

3. How To Claim This Virtuals Promotion

• Customers must enter the code V1010 within [My Account – promotion code] prior to their first Virtual bet on BETDAQ.
• Customers must stake £10 to receive a £10 free bet.
• Bets must be placed with minimum single odds of 2.0 and be settled during the promotional period to count towards the staking requirement.
• Only Win or Place Single real money stakes will count towards the staking requirement. Back Or Lay bets will count towards staking requirement. If for any reason a stake becomes void it will not count towards the staking requirement.
• A maximum of one free bet is available to each individual customer.
• Casino Virtuals and Multiples bets are excluded from this promotion.
• Please note that cashing out on any available market prior to satisfying a staking requirement will mean that you will no longer be able to receive any further free bets as part of this virtuals promotion.
• The free bets will be credited within 72 hours to your account once the staking requirement has been met.

4. Restrictions On Your Free Bet

• Your free bet must be used within 7 days of being credited to your account otherwise it will expire. Free bets cannot be redeemed for cash at any time.
• Free bets can only be used on any virtual sports.
• The free bets must be wagered in full and can be redeemed on Win or Place back and lay bets.
• Free bets are not valid outside of Exchange or Sportsbook Virtuals product.
• Free bets do not count towards qualifying for any other promotional offers.
• Please note that the value of your free bet will not be included in any winnings.
• Your free bet is not returned if your free bet wager becomes void.
• You cannot "Cash Out" your free bet/s.
• The same Maximum Pay Out restrictions set out in our [General Website Terms & Conditions] will equally apply to this Promotion.
